Overall the accommodation, how the staff assisted and decorated the room with birthday balloons with greetings to my Mom's Birthday. Facilities are very good. The Location is recommended walking distance to Lot 10 malls, Pavillion and other Malls, restaurants nearby. Try the SPA, PRICEY BUT WORTH IT 🙏🏻❤️

The modern interior. Was upgrade to a queen size double bed room for free. Location was easy to get to, right in the middle of the city. Every hot spot in KL are just within walking distance.

This is a really nice hotel. The lobby area is modern and stylish and check in was quick, friendly and efficient. The room was excellent only missing a view and high floor requested although this maybe a function of booking a Club Room. The bed was superb, top class! Bathroom large and spacious with storage. We had no noise from the carpeted corridor or housekeeping. The Club space was really excellent with coffee and soft drinks/fruit available. I have had more comprehensive club offers - afternoon tea etc - but I have to say the early evening canapes were of high quality, variety including meat/sushi/veg options beyond the usual pastry/bread carb heavy options. Checkout was smooth and I would book this hotel in a heartbeat. Final note to staff, friendly, helpful and professional, great job all.

Superb location, spacious room

The staff (young Chinese lady) on duty on 7 May 2024 afternoon who attended to our check-in was very helpful. We had to book another room during the check-in for our friends who decided to stay together at the same hotel. She guided us how to book online. After the online booking came through your system, another counter helped us to check-in the second room and everything when smoothly. Our rooms 913 and 911 check-in 7 May depart 9 May. We highly recommend your reception staff for their excellent service.
